Rates
• Initial Psychiatric appointments (60 min): $300
• Follow Up appointment medication management only (25 mins): $220
• Follow Up appointment medication management only (15 mins): $175
• Follow Up appointment medication management and psychotherapy (50 min): $250
• Psychotherapy only appointments (50 min): $225
• Psychotherapy only appointments (30 min): $200
• Phone calls- less than 5 minutes- No charge
• Phone calls over 5 minutes- Pro-rated based on an hourly rate of $250.
* Sliding fee available for those who qualify. Based on proven income.
* Additional fees may be applicable for no shows, late cancellations, and administrative tasks.
If you are experiencing financial hardship during the course of treatment, please let us know as soon as
possible to prevent interruption in treatment. You may qualify for a discounted rate during your time of
need.
